New Canaan Pool House
This tri-level Pool House was designed for an active family with five children who love to entertain. The first floor features a galley kitchen that creates a beautiful space for entertaining inside but allows for gatherers to easily congregate to the outdoor space as well. The 2nd floor Guest Room has two queen beds in a stunning blue and white striped Italian fabric. A personal gym is featured on the lowest level.
The overall space was heavily inspired by the French Riviera with a mix of many different elements such as lacquered shiplap on the walls, wicker, nautical stripes and pops of red patterns brought in through the throw pillows. The brass lighting is also inspired by pieces that could have once been found on old ships.
